The procedure of medical trip

PREPARATION	SCHEDULE IN TAIWAN	BACK HOME
INQUIRY Contact Kaohsiung AnHo or AnHo branches via landline or email; then fill out “application of medical consultation”. DATA COLLECTION 1. Summary: Offer essential information below for Dr.’s evaluation in advance: A. Past illness history B. Present illness history C. Medical summary including prescription, diagnosis, laboratory data, image examination data, and treatment had undergone, etc. D. Expectation for treatment in Taiwan 2. Meet needs: A. Offer suggestions of medical protocol including estimated cost and duration B. Date of arriving Taiwan (arrange appointment) C. Visa application D. Accommodation E. Shuttle bus (airport pick up service then hotel to AnHo clinic) F. Others DECISION Meet needs then apply visa to Taiwan. PREPAID Client – Prepaid via remittance into bank account. AnHo – Confirmed arranging appointment, accommodation, and shuttle bus.	ARRIVE DAY Airport pick up service or shuttle bus from hotel to clinic. TREATMENT Accompanied by AnHo personal client officer while visiting doctor and undergoing examination and treatment according to schedule. DISBURSEMENT & SETTLEMENT Medical fees disbursement and settlement according to treatment and examination had performed. RETURNING Arrange shuttle bus from hotel to airport.	CONTINUE CARE Client – Will receive advices from the doctor, medical summary, and all lab data done in Kaohsiung AnHo. AnHo – Set team meeting with AnHo branches’ medical team for continuing care treatment of clients.
